About Us

Pentacle Technologies was founded in Royal Oak in 2004 by Ed Babbie, an entrepreneur from West Bloomfield, Michigan to meet the daily IT challenges faced by small and mid-sized companies. “We have the technical expertise and the hands-on experience to provide cost-effective solutions that exactly meets your needs” said Ed Babbie an Engineer with a Master of Science degree in Management Information System from the University of Detroit Mercy.

Prior to forming Pentacle Technologies, Inc. Ed Babbie worked for GM and DaimlerChrysler in the information technology department. With over 12 years experience in the information technology sector Ed Babbie combines the technical and the managerial skills that deliver your business to the next level.

Pentacle Technologies philosophy is that all companies, regardless of size, should receive the same level of expertise and experience as large scale organizations. We treat each and every organization as if they are our most important client. Our aim is to work alongside each client as if we were an extension of their company, working towards a common goal of efficient technology.

By keeping our organization streamlined, we eliminate the bloat most company's experience, who then pass their overhead on to you through their billing prices and practices. We have no sales staff, keeping the bulk of our organization as billable employees each with expertise in multiple areas.

No sales staff also means no one to pressure you into unnecessary equipment purchases or upgrades. Our technicians advise you of any needed equipment, providing cost effective solutions when they feel they are required. There is never any commission or sales bonus involved.
